It's hard to be the judge of someone's work when the person you're judging is so much better than you.

This work brought to mind a spider's web, both the shadows and the tree itself. With the "spider" in the center, it spirals outwards, waiting for anything to be caught should it dare to come too close.

The blurring of the outside of the photo might not be intentional but it has a cool effect. The viewer's eyes are immediately brought into the center and then slowly allowed to wander along the contrails of the branches and shadows. Very cool.

yeah jd, they exist and it's fun to use...i suspect i might OVER use mine and should really try taking it off now and then. i got it from freestyle and it comes in a box with a red and green filter as well..
