in the US, today is the tradtional day of giving thanks for all the good things we have in our lives. when i make that mental note of everything i am thankful for, i will include you all among my blessings. although i know only a couple of you in real life (i hope that changes one day) your kindness and support over the past year has been a godsend. you have kept me inspired and kept my spirits up when i have been "down". your words and your work have kept me reaching and striving to do better and hopefully make more interesting photographs of my own...

i thank you all and offer you this litte bouquet...(my images are not really holiday material so this was the best i could do!)

last week i was lucky enough to stumble upon the beautiful work of a lovely young polish woman named Weronika. i was impressed with the fact that she was using film and medium format cameras for the most part and was experimenting with old lenses, attaching lenses backwards etc. i WISH i had discovered my own passion for making photographs at her young age...

i hope you all go and see what she has been up to....i think you will like it...

happiness is knowing that 14 of my prints are on their way to new homes across the world and parts of the USA!!

i have always been willing to sell them via my website but never really made it clear how to go about it or what price i would charge etc. with the accumulation of prints i have now, i decided to try this little self promotion and it was met with much more enthusiasm that i expected.

i am thrilled to know that they will have new homes on the walls of people who will truly appreciate them.

i thank those from DA who have purchased them and those from facebook as well...there are still many different prints available and i think i may do this again a couple of times throughout the year ahead as i print new and interesting images...

and again, i want to thank you all for your favs, comments, support and kindness.
